Swan Cards is a mobile app for conversation cards for couples, friends, and groups. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Swan Cards or contact us.

No account is required by default to use Swan Cards.

App progress and preferences may be stored locally on your device so the app can remember your experience.

The app may retrieve card packs and questions from our backend or content provider.

If you enable notifications, the app may schedule reminders on your device.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the message content you send.

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or RevenueCat when implemented.

We use information to provide app functionality, remember progress, deliver reminders if enabled, respond to support messages, manage purchases and subscriptions, and improve and maintain the app.

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Swan Cards, such as hosting or backend providers, app stores, purchase management services, and email or support tools. We may also disclose information if required for legal compliance.

Notifications are optional. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by Swan Cards. We do not directly receive or process your payment card details.

Local progress and preferences remain on your device unless you delete the app data or remove the app. Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to your request, maintain support records, and meet legal or operational needs.

Swan Cards is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your location.
