By downloading, accessing, or using Swan Cards, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Swan Cards provides conversation prompts and card packs for entertainment and relationship or social conversation purposes. The app is designed for couples, friends, and groups who want simple prompts for meaningful conversations.

Swan Cards is not intended for children under 13. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or old enough to use the app under the laws that apply to you.

Some content or features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Swan Cards does not directly process payment card details. Payments are handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or purchase management providers when implemented.

Swan Cards content is for entertainment and conversation only. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. You should not rely on the app as a substitute for professional support.

You choose how to use the prompts and conversations in Swan Cards. Use respectful judgment, consider the comfort and boundaries of others, and stop any conversation that feels unwanted or inappropriate.

The Swan Cards app name, design, prompts, content, branding, and related materials belong to Swan Cards or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create competing collections from app content without permission.

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Swan Cards at any time. We may also add, remove, or modify card packs, features, or subscription options as the app evolves.

Swan Cards is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific relationship, emotional, or social outcome from using the app.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the last updated date. Continued use of Swan Cards after changes means you accept the updated terms.
